Project Management Executive

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute special project management and support to drive organizational changes and business opportunities
- Be part of our efforts and initiatives in improving the quality of delivery of services to our members
- Take part in some special project management, including status reporting and communication
- Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize data insights in a clear and impactful way to support decision-making
- Work closely with various delivery teams, in particular Medical and QA teams.
- Monthly sourcing of Medical information from Assistance Centre / Medical Services team
- Lead and participate in projects focused on analytics, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and software (e.g. R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects and work within cross-functional teams.
