
Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities that align with sustainability principles, fostering strong client relationships rooted in ethical and environmental responsibility, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and eco-conscious sales initiatives.
The role also involves supporting pre-sales with a focus on sustainable solutions, preparing contract documentation that adheres to environmental best practices, and managing key projects and events that promote corporate sustainability and responsible business practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and plans
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Support pre-sales activities, including client engagement, solution coordination, and proposal development
- Draft and prepare contract documents, including quotations, agreements, and MOUs
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and proactively identify and address potential risks
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client engagement, certifications) to align business development activities with broader organizational goals
- Plan and support the execution of industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems and track key performance metrics
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, project coordination, or partnerships
- Experience preparing business proposals and contract documents
- Experience in project management or coordination, including stakeholder engagement and tracking of deliverables
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and/or Google WorkspacePrior experience in sustainability, partnerships, or consulting is a plus
