**Job Purpose / Role**:
Support the development of the Terrorism/PV business in the region by negotiating participation, pricing, and terms & conditions on new and renewal business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of the regional underwriting strategy
- Underwrite in line with Terrorism/PV governance framework
- Understand New AGCS strategy and global Terrorism/PV dynamics
- Underwrite profitable new and renewal business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers
- Negotiate price and terms and conditions with insurance brokers
- Working closely with our Distribution Management / Key Account Managers as well as other lines of business to identify a suitable pipeline and cross sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients in partnership with Distribution Management
- Support internal underwriting teams in the APAC region
- Work with your team to identify key personal development and training needs
- Ensure accurate policy documentation is issued and filing is maintained through a close working relationship with Operations and Cat Modelling teams

**Key Experience / Requirements / Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years’ experience of Terrorism/PV business
- Good understanding of Terrorism/PV products and portfolio
- Strong communication skills and team spirit; proactive
- Good use of Excel and Office package
- Fluent in English
