**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.
- Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
- Setup up and install smart home devices
- On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
- Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
- Setup rules and logic for smart home system
- Providing customer support
- Building positive customer relationships
- Setup Networking solutions within the client's home
- Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
- Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range.

**Requirements**:

- You must speak confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience and knowledge in Smart Home solutions will be an advantage
- High aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in English.
- Must have at least basic electrical knowledge (eg. changing wall switches, light strips connections etc)
- Understand and have experience in networking setup
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and also work as a team
- IT Savvy - able to use Microsoft Office / Google Docs/Sheets
- Fast Learner and quick to adapt to changes

**Job Benefits**:
