Job Description/Responsibilities
- Convert Showroom customers to Workshop sales.
- Vehicle intake and perform daily service sales of service product.
- Attend to all intakes of customers' cars for repairs and servicing.
- Administer all documentations for costings, and vehicle service history.
- Prepare job orders as per customers' requirements.
- Ensure all customers' issues and complaints are resolved effectively and promptly.
- Be attentive to all customers.
- Job progress follow up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary.
- Ready vehicle pick up and post purchase following up.
- Proactive high standard of customer service to maximum satisfaction.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- Min GCE 'N' Level or Nitec in Automotive Trade
- Preferably 2 years' experience as Service Advisor in automotive industry or experienced as Automotive Mechanic.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work 2-shifts (4.5 days work week)
- Possess a valid class 3 driving licence.
