**Job Title: Sales Support & Admin

**Salary**: SGD2000 - SGD2800

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and sales materials.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client databases and update customer records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of sales events and exhibitions.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Support administration.
- Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
