Our client is a large healthcare organization in Singapore. They are looking at transforming the way healthcare is delivered and redesign the current model into an integrated cradle-to-grave model.

They have conceptualized a membership program to develop a lifelong relationship with residents and drive preventative health behaviors.

**Responsibilities**
- Own and manage the membership programme to drive preventive health behavior.
- Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes
- Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programmes benefits;
- Develop end-to-end work flows and systems related to the programme, including membership sign-up, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting
- Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree, preferably in a business or quantitatively driven major
- At least 7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products)
- Experience in partnerships and vendor management
- Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports
- Motivated, independent team player, and able to work well with multiple stakeholders
- Able to navigate complex systems
- Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills
