E-commerce Specialist

We are a leading Jewelry eCommerce company with presence in USA, Canada and Mexico. We are seeking an eCommerce Executive to help us with the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze products’ performance and optimize portfolio of products to achieve revenue growth in our target markets of USA, Canada, and Mexico.
- Actively participate and assist in various marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and review seasonal and monthly e-commerce marketing campaigns’ performance and provide insights on campaign optimization.
- Track sales and key e-commerce metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize sales potential and profitability.
- In-depth Jewelry product analysis according to product segments, breaking down product segments into respective categories and variations to maximize sales growth within each segment.
- Analyze current sales data across various product segments to provide product recommendations and identify bestsellers & underperforming products.
- Plan sales forecast based on sales data analysis for each product segment.
- Perform regular online competitor research and analysis to stay top of competition.
- Research key emerging trends in Jewelry category and propose new products based on research.
- Monitor daily inventory levels across all product segments and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Liaise with fulfilment, warehouse, and enabler to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Work closely with our Thailand office to handle online customers’ orders.
- Coordinate with Thailand production team on stock replenishment.
- Oversee store management, e-commerce customer service and CRM.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms or working in related field building e-commerce business for a brand or company.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations for
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Table for in-depth product data analysis and report generation.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and skills and familiarity with e-commerce marketing and DTC marketing
- Proficiency in building a strong digital presence for DTC e-commerce brand.
- Experience in handling brand store and e-commerce platforms preferably within emerging markets.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated individual to achieve sales targets
- Good time management
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite key stakeholders and partners.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
