It includes fresh Goat, Lamb, Mutton, Beef, Chicken, Fish, and Prawns.

**Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of items.

2. Perform housekeeping and ensure the cleanliness of your work area in accordance with safety procedures and standards of hygiene.

3. Operate and perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning, slicing, and processing according to specifications.

4. Ensure adequate stock to meet demand requirements and enforce strict delivery schedules.

5. Receive, inspect and store meat upon receipt.

6. Ensure that meat handling and storage procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards.

7. Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment.

8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management from time to time.

9. Customer-oriented and understanding the customer requirements.

10. Ability to read and understand product labels.

**Requirements**:
1. Basic literacy in the English language.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the food-related industry.

3. WSQ certification in basic food hygiene.
