Main roles and responsibilities as follow:
1) PO Management: Receive, check and confirm PO in system, handle reschedule and cancellation from customer side, ensure no discrepancy between Company’s system and customer’s system.
2) Check monthly allocation: Monthly allocation Vs Outstanding PO, request PO if shortage in PO otherwise share the allocation or extra stock with other customers.
3) Price Management: Change PO price based on Quarterly or yearly, ensure all PO price is correct all the time. Invoice and billing price correctly.
4) Delivery Management: Based on customer’s demand, liaise with factory to arrange shipment to meet customers’ demand, especially for customer with urgent demand request.
Provide each shipment document and detail to customer timely.
5) Sale Target Management: Work closely with Sales person based on assigned customer's sales target Amount.
PO Status & allocation plan quantity, to arrange and follow up shipment base on weekly basis, and check current month estimated sales amount and manage the shipment to achieve sales target.
6) Billing Management: Based on your customers’ type, to process billing on time and correctly, especially month end closing and provide Tax Invoice to customers on time.
7) AR Management: System AR must tally with customers’ side, if there is price discrepancy, take initiative to find out in detail.
Issuing of Credit Note or Debit Note, follow up with customer for the overdue payment and provide payment detail to Finance for each payment.
8) Inventory Management: For VMI customers, manage stock level and ensure VMI stock tally with stocks in company’s system.
9) Document Management: For shipment coming to Singapore, required to file factory invoice, sales invoice, HAWB, POD and permit and submit relevant documents to Finance by beginning of each month.
10) Others: For any customer related issue required prompt response and provide solution on time, like RMA and so on.
