
Customer Service Officer/senior Officer

**Pre-requisites**:
- GCE N or O level and above.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin in view of supporting Mandarin speaker customers.
- Incumbent who has Court document filing or eLitigation experience is highly preferred.
**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Provide counter service to customers.
- Perform document scanning, printing and court document filing services via eLitigation
- Provide administrative support such as cashiering, word processing, photocopying and record housekeeping.
- Handle customers’ calls, inquiries and filing appointments
- Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
- Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure work meets quality specifications.
- Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
- Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
