**Project description**:
Bank is looking to process customer's CPF/SRS Transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing.

**Responsibilities**:
The Primary role of a Processor is to attend to customer's CPF/SRS Transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing.

Incumbent must ensure strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures and operational controls at all times. He must contribute as a team member to meet SLA and customer service excellence.

To participate in assigned projects and activities whenever required with involvement in requirement study, UAT, process mapping etc

Business Responsibilities:
Attend to and ensure that customers’ instructions are promptly and accurately processed.

Ensure that proper instructions are obtained prior to processing.

Work closely with business partners to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Ensure timely and proper accounts reconciliation

Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to supervisor/manager and ensure prompt and effective resolution

Ensure strict compliance and adherence to Bank policies, guidelines and established procedures/policies

Perform proper filing for customer instructions, completed transactions and reports

Report & highlight discrepancies/exceptions/complaints & feedback, if any, to supervisor/manager immediately to ensure timely resolution

Ensure cleanliness of workstation and office environment according to LMC guidelines

Ensure prompt attendance to customer feedback for timely resolution

**Skills**:
Must have

Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Basic knowledge in Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering, Operation Risk Management and Securities & Future Act.

CPF/SRS Product knowledge.

Computer literate.

Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications - Excel and Word is essential.

Soft Skills:
Initiative, resourcefulness, able to multi-task independently as well as in a team

Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized.

Ability to work well in a team.

Nice to have

Competent in the usage of SIBS, Tandem, SVS and Oracle system

Competent in CPFIS and SRS backend processing knowledge
