**WEB MARKETING EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for an experienced online marketing executive to contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of online marketing duties. The online marketing executive's responsibilities include promoting products or services through digital platforms, creating marketing strategies, and monitoring the online presence of the company.
To be a successful online marketing executive, you should have extensive knowledge of marketing and technology best practices. You should be educated on how to use the internet to increase sales. Finally, an effective online marketing executive will need to be tech-savvy and create innovative marketing campaigns.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing PPC campaigns, monitoring reports, and ROI.
- Writing SEO copy for the website.
- Measuring the performance of campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
- Managing and updating social media platforms.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media.
- Creating innovative content.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords’, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage the strategy.
- Manage and train the rest of the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Manage all digital marketing channels.
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Build an inbound marketing plan.
- Forecast sales performance trends.
- Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic).
- Manage SEO campaigns.
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness.
- Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
- Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns.
- Executing Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources.
- Promoting employer’s products and/or services in the digital space.
- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers.
- Analysing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
- Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website(s).
- Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s web presence.
- Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.
- Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
- Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Assists with budget preparation for marketing department.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
