**The Role**
- Support placement of individual accounts including new business and renewals by liaising with local offices on underwriting renewal information.
- Work with and support the team by managing day-to-day aspects on account management tasks, including preparing of slips, endorsements, billing transactional work which involves liaising with operations team to ensure accuracy of contracts and usage of in-house system.
- Tracking and following up with producing offices for outstanding premiums due and clearing of legacy outstanding premiums.
- Responsible to ensure that relevant regulatory and technical standards are met. Helps support the broking team’s objective to achieve agreed operational and financial goals.
- Prepare carrier quotes and review binders and coverage confirmations.

**The Requirements**
- Educated to a degree level
- Ideally professional qualifications such as ACII or similar country equivalent, or relevant industry experience
- Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic broking environment
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong skills in problem solving and planning
- Technology acumen - ability to utilize technology-based systems; basic MS Office skills and adopt various systems used within the company.
- Independent and self-motivated individual who consistently strive to deliver the best for WTW’s clients
