**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Lead Global Brand Portfolio and P&L for Elevate Brands

2. Set and execute the global brand and growth strategies

3. Recruit, build, and manage the cross-border marketing team

4. Act as a product expert with deep knowledge of growing brand online. Leverage the branding and strategy to grow the business through marketing

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience of 12+ years in innovation, strategy, and brand development roles in FMCG/Fashion/Lifestyle companies
- Master’s degree in Business Innovations or International Business
- Previous experience with APAC, Americas, and European Markets
- Great influencing skills, with a previous track record dealing with C-suite stakeholders
- Previous experience executing complex Innovation Projects with multiple global stakeholders. High cross-cultural awareness
- Ability to research, identify, cultivate, and drive key client opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - previously worked in a communication role

**IDEAL**
- Experience with the FMCG/ Fashion/Lifestyle Industry globally (understanding Product Development and overall Value Chains)
- Previous experience setting up cross-border teams
- Previous experience working within dynamic start-up environments
- Previous experience working with a manufacturing plant/factory
- European
- Baltic language fluency
