**Summary
The Vice President - Public Relations and Branding will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of public relations/branding activities related to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization. The Vice President of public relations and branding works closely with the CMO to execute brand and PR strategy. This role reports to the CMO based in the US and will work closely with the CEO based in Singapore.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Create and implement successful branding & marketing initiatives. Plan initiatives to improve visibility & achieve the business objectives of the organization.
- Increase media coverage for external communication on digital & offline platforms.
- In close cooperation with the PR agency, develop a negotiation strategy to maximize ROIon the media investments for the category.
- Engage and respond to inbound media inquiries and requests.
- Pitch and secure broadcast interview opportunities for our business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in Singapore for our executive leaders, includingspeaking engagements, interview opportunities, and participation in industryconferences
- Meet regularly with stakeholders across the organization to generate new PR ideas andplan for long-term projects
- Manage the receipt and submission of company awards and event opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and media

- **Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing and branding
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in public relations, brand, journalism, PR agency orcorporate settings is preferred
- Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones
- Immediate availability would be a huge advantage
- Experience with PR platforms including Cision, Qwoted, and Telum
