**Responsibilities**:

- Foster strong collaborative partnerships with universities and industry partners to attract and hire diverse tech talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers on the job specifications, fine-tune sourcing strategies, prioritization of roles and agreed timeline for the recruiting process
- Collaboration with team on projects such as Career Fair, Mass Recruitment and other Recruitment Campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or any other relevant discipline
- **At least 3 years’ of talent acquisition experience particularly in campus recruitment/early careers domain**:

- Poised and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding on the Tech / ICT / Engineering industry preferred
- Enjoys and thrives in fast paced environments
