**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement activities within SG Enable. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the company in procuring goods and services in a cost-effective and timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide advisories to fulfil those needs efficiently.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Advisory & Training**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance as required.
- Responsible for knowledge sharing and communicating of procurement policies and initiatives to internal stakeholders to enhance procurement awareness and competency.

**Procurement Review**
- Carry out workgroup sessions to understand SG Enable’s current procurement practices and challenges faced by internal stakeholders and recommend solutions to address the issues raised.
- Review and update existing procurement guidelines and recommend areas of improvements that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Review and improve on existing procurement documents such as Conditions of Contract, Instruction to Tenderers, Letter of acceptance, Form of Agreement for the various procurement methodology.
- Devise standardised templates and checklists to support internal stakeholders in managing the procurement process.

**Digitalisation initiatives**
- Review and implement the use of e-procurement system for greater operating efficiency and procurement performance.
- Manage the procurement of the e-procurement system.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
