Web Developer

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to work with Team Leads and other members of Development Team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverable.
- Attend client meetings during the requirements’ gathering and development processes
- Collaborate with Project Managers and client to build and refine graphic designs for websites
- Convert raw images and layouts from graphic designer to CSS/XHTML themes
- Work closely with internal architecture team to determine appropriate architecture and technical solutions, and propose relevant recommendations to teams
- Communicate to the team on any progress and/or delays of the assigned project with efficiency and accuracy
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering/Information Technology or its equivalent
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in HTML/XHTML, JQuery and CSS
- At least 5 years of experience in Web programming, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC
- At least 5 years of working knowledge with relational database systems such as MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle and SQL
- Familiarity with LINQ, Entity Framework, Angular JS, Bootstrap
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing open source software projects (SenseNet, Liferay) will be an advantage
