**Your responsibilities as Product Analyst - Web & App (APAC)**:
A Web Analyst at Decathlon is the connecting user between operational (E-Commerce, Financial, Website, App. Marketing) teams and the technical knowledge regarding the online behavior of our customers.
You will be required to understand the work, questions and actions being taken by the Ecommerce team, and to provide them with the intelligence they need based on your analysis with the Digital data from multiple sources (and working with the data team for other sources and information). You will need to understand the website and app visitor behavior, how to identify and interpret it. You will be a translator, able to simplify and explain data to the end consumers, and work with business referents which will bring this context and knowledge to bigger teams.
If you are interested in problem solving, have curiosity to identify unusual behaviors and events, and developing paths for story telling in customer journeys then this job might be for you. You will have a local scope, but work also in synergy with an international team while re-building a state-of-the-art analytics framework for the biggest worldwide sport ecosystem, led by Peter O’Neill, founder of MeasureCamp (and current Decathlon’s International Head of Digital Analytics).

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Capable of understanding the technical setup and configuration of tracking in a website and app through several tools;
- Have knowledge and experience with analysis skills & techniques to develop advanced analysis and understand the journey of online and offline customers. Knowledge of SQL/Python to work with raw data is a plus;
- Develop in a dashboarding solution(Tableau) simple dashboards to provide answers to independent stakeholders;
**Work Skills**:

- Provide to operational stakeholders (Digital team) adaptable reports and analysis to allow decisions and evaluation of online ecommerce;
- Work with a dedicated Data and Business team to create advanced analysis on the impact and evaluation of online traffic and its consequences for offline commerce;
- Collaborate with an international team to adjust scopes, necessities and cross-country KPIs to push forwards on online commerce;
**Specific Skills/Experience**:

- Web Analytics Tools Experience (GA3/,, Amplitude);
- Analysis Skills & Techniques - Spreadsheet software(Excel/Google Sheets/ ), SQL/Python are a plus;
- Dashboarding Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Quicksight );
