**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.
- To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site
- To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site
- Manage and direct the department prior to the scheduled non-routine and routine duties
- Attend all daily overtime, works and other production meetings upon assigned
- Identify training needs of his team
- Controlling of budget which includes man hours
- Prepare and lead in Kaizen Improvement projects
- Evaluate and assess the work performance of staff

**Requirements**:

- NTC or Diploma in an Engineering field
- Possess 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Possess Certified Lifting Supervisor Licence or Certificates
- Able to read and interpret general lifting plans
- Able to use Microsoft Excel for basic planning and reporting purpose
- Advantageous to possess at least a Licence of any crane types
- Must be able to communicate through walkie talkies and hand signals
- Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions

**Other Information**:

- Location: Tuas Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
