- About the Role:_

We are looking for a superstar who can hit the ground running managing our fast-growing client base. You must have a track record of delivering measurable results for clients, most importantly but not limited to media relations. We also expect a strong self-starter who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for many aspects of the Public Relations business including client servicing, account management, and support in business development and team management.

As part of a growing team where our individual job titles mean little and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board.
- Support the PR Lead in the creative development workflow and be responsible for campaign implementation.
- Support in new business and proposal development
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships with compelling ideas and quality service.
- Develop public relations and social media programmes to help achieve clients’ objectives.
- Ability to front client accounts and handle day-to-day client requirements directly.
- Organise, generate, and disseminate reports (work-in-progress / contact reports / budgetary)
- Maintain industry contacts to keep informed on leading industry trends, while monitoring the overall landscape for reputational risk for the firm and its clients.
- Motivate and develop staff through implementation and maintenance of training and culture-related programmes.
- Other Head-Turning Criteria:_
- 2 - 3 years of agency experience in Singapore
- An entrepreneurial spirit and you enjoy working with clients of varying sizes.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a global perspective.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills that enable collaboration and team building.
- A drive that is fuelled by the success of others and the team effort versus personal ego.
- Ability to put him/herself in the client's shoes and see all aspects of the account from the client's perspective; go the extra mile to make sure it's done right.
- Support team to make sure we're delivering our best work.
- Anticipate client needs and bring suggestions to the table on how to expand current projects that will raise clients' visibility.
- Strong writing and listening skills with good administrative skills.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
