The bank is starting implementation of Microsoft CRM to enable its relationship managers with best in class customer engagement capabilities. The bank is now looking for a Sales automation PO with extensive experience in the design, implementation and change management of best in class CRM in an enterprise environment.
The focus of this implementation will be on Sales functionalities within CRM.
The bank intends to focus on 5 key areas during this implementation:
- Client 360: Building a cockpit view for sales team
- Leads 360: Understand ready list of contacts and priority from single console to improve productivity
- Engagement tools: Integrate with value added tools that enable RMs to create engaging conversation with clients e.g. in house wealth insights tool
- Automation: Enable Sales teams to take full benefit of sales interface integrated with marketing automation tool e.g. lead nurturing
- Reporting 360: Track and manage performance
**The bank is looking for someone who has implemented Microsoft sales CRM as business consultant and has hands on experience with platform.**
**The Individual will be required to work with Microsoft services and internal ITO team to deliver business value.**
**The Individual should also have confidence and experience in working with senior and cross functional stakeholders in remote working setting.**
**He/she should have good understanding of building a new CRM interface for sales teams focused on relationship managed wealth sales comprising designing screens, identifying right functionalities**
**Understanding of MarTech ecosystem is added advantage.**
The Sales automation PO would be responsible for:
- Working with Microsoft, Professional services consultant and cross functional teams in the bank to design, implement and change manage the Sales CRM
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft CRM initiatives.
Lead workshops, gather requirements and design solutions
- Manage the implementation and delivery of new initiatives. Hands-on configuration
- Provide BAU administration and support to the user-base
- Stay abreast of new Microsoft releases and functionality, making suggestions to improve existing processes and implement new solutions
- Prepare BRD and User stories and get them signed-off with country stakeholders. Walkthrough of user stories with implementation teams and agree on implementation timelines.
- Validate projects through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required
- Act as a SME for sales CRM attending project ceremonies and providing support where required to ITO teams and Business teams
- Project management of Digital analytics implementation track by working with key teams in SC (such as Group Digital, Country Digital, Group ITO, Country Products) and Vendors
- Preparation of User acceptance testing packs and ensuring that the same are signed-off in time
He/she should have a deep understanding of:
- Experience working across the full Microsoft project lifecycle from analysis, design, testing to implementation
- First rate communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities
Other skills required:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree holder. Overall experience of 7-10 years with at-least 3-5 years of experience in core and relevant field
- Experience in building sales CRM for Wealth sales teams or teams in relationship management is added advantage
- Prior experience setting up CRM for bank is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans
Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to multiple business and IT partners across 8 different markets
Implementing Microsoft CRM.
