**Job Description**:
Are you looking to reach your fullest potential?

The AIA Internship Programme is designed to help you acquire invaluable industry knowledge and build your financial and management skillsets under the mentorship of experienced professionals. You will also get to experience the unique AI culture of believing in better by participating in various projects, AIA Vitality and community engagement activities.

Programme Details:

- Duration: 26 May - 4 July 2025 (AIA internship)/ 19 July (agency level) (6+2 weeks)
- Allowance: Up to $2200
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Locations: AIA Alexandra, Tampines, or as per Leader’s location
- +2 Weeks: Internal Agency Programme which includes Overseas Trip (Optional)

Programme Curriculum:

- Training by AIA & direct Leader.
- Topics include Financial Health Check, Client Servicing, Objection Handling, AIA tools (iPOS+, iSMART+).
- Exposure to AIA’s culture and executive leadership.

You can expect training in financial management, mentorship, AND an overseas team bonding trip As an added bonus, you'll have the chance to ace four financial certification exams - a definite plus for those eyeing roles in banks, investment brokerages, and similar financial institutions.
