AIA IMMERSION EXPERIENCE 2025 

We are excited to launch the 2-week AIA Immersion Experience 2025. This experience has a specially curated programme which aims to support our Leaders in potential early talent acquisition and provide opportunities to our young generation. The programme is fully funded by AIA. 

The programme is designed to provide students with a holistic understanding of the financial services industry, while cultivating essential professional and personal development skills. Through a blend of interactive workshops, industry panels, wellness activities, and community engagement, participants will gain valuable exposure to AIA’s culture and the career as an AIA Financial Consultant. 

1. PROGRAMME DETAILS 

Period: 8 December 2025 to 19 December 2025 

Allowance: $400 Grab Credits 

Location: AIA Alexandra

2. PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

• Gain holistic understanding of the life insurance industry and appreciate the role of life insurance in the economy. 

• Opportunity to learn from members of the AIA Executive Committee through fire side chats and events throughout the programme.

• Be equipped with skills such as Personal Branding, Effective Communication and Financial Literacy via our Workshops 

Certificate will be given to interns who complete the 2-week programme.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Undergraduates studying full-time in a local university. 

NUS / NTU / SMU / SUSS / SUTD / SIT / SIM 

• Academic qualification of “A” Levels or local Diploma 

This intake is limited to the first 60 associates. 

Enrolment period is from 15 September 2025 to 21 November 2025 or when the slots are fully taken. Apply here.

Successful candidates will be informed and offered the internship and to submit mandatory documents and sign Letter of Participation. Only successful candidates will be notified.
