As part of our opening team, you’ll be joining a fresh concept focused on community, quality, and creativity.

**Role Overview**

As a **Cook**, you’ll assist in the daily preparation and cooking of food across various kitchen stations. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are consistently delicious, well-presented, and delivered efficiently. This is a great role for someone passionate about food, eager to learn, and comfortable in a busy, team-oriented kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and plating dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in your work area at all times.
- Assist with mise en place, basic food prep, and receiving of inventory.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including proper food handling.
- Keep equipment and kitchen tools clean and in good working order.
- Be open to learning and taking on new responsibilities as the kitchen grows.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred (café or casual dining background welcome).
- Food Hygiene Certification (WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course).
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Able to handle fast-paced environments with consistency and care.
