AIG Underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. How you will create an impact

Underwrite and administer a profitable portfolio of Group, Corporate & Multinational Accident, Travel & Supplementary Health business within AIG’s agreed business plan and underwriting guidelines.
Engage, develop and grow the broker distribution assigned to achieve both the top and bottom line target for New Business and Renewal Business and maintain client service levels.
Collaborate closely with and build excellent business relationships with internal stakeholders and key business partners and intermediaries through regular visitations and engagement.
Involved in projects / regional initiatives including product development.
Plan and conduct product training to intermediaries to grow and generate sales activities.
Any other activities and projects assigned by superiors.

What you’ll need to succeed

Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
Experience in Group Accident & Health sales/business development/underwriting.
Sound knowledge of Group Accident & Health product and benefits.
Proven track record of developing new business and achieving renewal retention targets in Group Accident & Health.
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analytical and multitasking skills.
Experienced in providing producer training and participate in tender interview.
Outgoing person who is a strong team player with results driven focus and customer centric mindset.
Business development and broker management skillset.
Entrepreneur mentality with the ability to think strategically to develop business.
