**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create training materials and provide hands on training to the QA teams to help adopt automation frameworks & tools within Agile teams.
- Engage QA teams via community of practice and facilitate the sharing of latest best practice, tools and techniques.
- Design and develop automation framework and scripting for both Web and Mobile products and help teams to adopt automation first strategy. Oversee the adoption of these automation framework in different agile squads within SIA Group.
- Establish frameworks & lifecycle for load and performance testing
- Implement testing dashboard to make testing metrics and testing activities visible across the enterprise
- Any other relevant ad-hoc duties.
- This is a sole contributor role.
- **Note**: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training required.
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in leading automation test teams in both in-house and outsourced environments with experience in all aspects of software quality assurance & a passion to develop career in Quality Assurance.
- Ability to maintain a centralized test infrastructure including test labs, dashboards, tool deployment and being able to make testing visible for the enterprise.
- Experience with one high level programming language preferably Java or C# and some scripting experience in PERL or Shell preferred.
- Ability to integrate automation with service virtualization, test data creation and virtualization to facilitate continuous testing.
- Ability to mentor/guide teams in test automation, troubleshooting of scripts, root-cause analysis, solution development, and implementation within specific technology areas.
- Excellent oral and written and interpersonal skills.
- ISTQB - Technical Test Analyst / Test Manager certification preferred but not required.
- Past experience in airline and transportation domain will be an added advantage.
