**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper documentations reports and filings.
- Housekeeping duties, ensuring all documents within Student Placement Team are kept up to date.
- Be involved and assist in Student Placement Team’s events/fairs.
- Assist with universities/institution's brochures for counsellor usage.
- Perform general administrative duties or/and tasks as assigned by the Head - AU/NZ & SP Operations and Student Placement Manager - UK/CA/IE
**Essential requirements**:
- Meticulous, responsible and possess excellent working attitude.
- Team player, ability to work cohesively within the team environment.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the workforce is required for this position.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Experience in education industry
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
