Short Description
- Design and manage cloud-based computing system and network infrastructure
- Working with other team members to collect overall system requirement
- Preparing required documents for the vendor or provider based on system design requirements
- Monitor and manage tasks of multiple ongoing projects
- Present and demonstrate the new infrastructure setup to higher level management
- Help engineers to communicate with other external parties (eg vendor, provider etc) if required
- Continuously analyse and maintain the system to avoid security issues or attacksQualifications
- Minimum a Degree and three (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Experienced in Virtualization technologies (VMWare, VirtualBox, KVM)
- Has knowledge in network devices (e.g., Firewall, Router, Switch) and Internet connection (VPN, Leased line)
- Familiar with Windows and Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Familiar with data storage systems (e.g., FreeNAS, LTO, NFS)
- Experienced with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Familiar with collaboratively document writing or management (e.g., MS Office, Google Office, OneDrive)
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
