**Job requirement and responsibilities**:
1. Study Tender Specification and prepare Tender submission

2. Get quotes from vendors & suppliers to work out tender

3. Coordination with the other departments like Design, Production & Procurement

4. Prepare work report for monthly progress claim

5. Prepare material take off

6. Coordinate with site team for certification of sub-con claim

**Minimum requirement**:

- Degree/Diploma/Nitec in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read & interpret tender specification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Dynamic and keen to learn
- Able to work within a team
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
- **Fresh Graduates are welcome.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
