We are looking for a dynamic Video and Photo Production Intern to join our team In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO to create engaging video content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll have the opportunity to be hands-on in producing promotional materials, digital content and bringing our brand to life through compelling visuals.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Video and Photo Recording: Assist in planning, setting up, and recording video and photo shoots with the CEO in Singapore. Gain experience in lighting, sound, and framing to produce professional-quality content.
- Content Creation and Brainstorming: Collaborate on the development of creative content ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
- Social Media Optimization: Tailor video and photo content to fit the unique requirements of each social media platform (e.g., format, length, style) to boost engagement and reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our international content creation team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in videography or photography, especially in a social media context.
- Basic knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation, is a plus.
- A passion for creating engaging, high-quality visual content.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for social impact and community empowerment.
