Poco Productions is a music content production agency that handles all types of content creation in the music industry. Supported by in-house audio engineers, videographer and music producers, we provide video production, sound design and live event solutions to suit your creative and technical needs.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to further our growth in the region. A conversion to full-time position can be considered upon completion of the internship.

**WE EXPECT YOU TO**
- Assist in-house editors for video projects that includes multi-cam live concert productions, music videos, corporate videos and others
- Operate camera during multi-cam productions
- Assist production team during onsite sessions in areas such as setting up and organising equipment, handling props, operating cameras, lighting and sound equipment
- Provide creative input during brainstorm sessions
- Participate in pre-production conceptualization and storyboarding of projects

**WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO**
- Be currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in film production, video editing, multimedia, or a related field.
- Have previous experience with video production and editing, either through coursework, internships, or personal projects, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Have interest in music-related production work is a plus.
- Be able to work independently and communicate well in small cross-function teams
- Have basic knowledge in video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Have basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Be able to work on irregular hours including weekends and public holidays
