**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the development of marketing plans
- Conduct research on market conditions, products and services as specified (will be guided from Business Planning Manager)
- Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Major duties are to make industry report(Mostly IT sector and Trends)
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
- Data collection, consolidation and verification
- Provide administrative support to department
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids.
- Prepare and present reports to clients and management.
- Partially pre-sales(indirect) and Admin role might be given

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sound experience of at least relevant experience (Minimum of 3 years experience managing multiple assignments/projects at once, removing impediments, overcoming complex challenges, and driving them to successful completion)
- Understanding of market research and data analysis with IT terminology
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities/Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills with good attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (Especially writing, Ability to write well preferred, but accuracy and attention to detail is more important)
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Korean is needed to liaise with Korean stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and statistical packages
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to accept and integrate critical feedback in a timely manner
