Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Global Change & Enablement Lead for Performance and Rewards, who will be responsible for leading the transformation of global human resources practices, systems and processes by leveraging technology and driving innovation within the organization. Singapore serves as their hub of global business leadership and technology, as well as home to its innovation centre.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to create substantial and meaningful impact in shaping the organization’s Performance and Rewards strategy on a global scale. Reporting into a dynamic and action oriented people leader, the position thrives within a vibrant team environment.

To make this role your own, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of change management in relation to Performance and Rewards, managing a range of projects whilst being able to influence and guide across multiple business functions to achieve organisational objectives. You will be designing localised change initiatives across the organisation helping the organisational to embrace new technology, processes and policies through coaching, communications training and workshops.
