Thanks to the strong sales growth in Southeast Asia we are looking for our Singapore company KHS Asia Pte Ltd for a **ASSISTANT TO SERVICE DIRECTOR BC ASIA.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Regular Responsibilities**
- Plan the schedule and make arrangements for business trips of the Service Director for Customer visits and Service meetings
- Responsible for the Service Director’s daily appointment and meeting calendar
- Prepare presentations, memos under instruction of Service Director
- Correspondences and follow-up with colleagues in head office in Germany relating to service issues
- Reporting to head office
- Planning and organization of training activities for engineers and back-office staff
- Administrative duties for service back-office staff

**Minimum Requirements**
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, etc
- Responsible and detailed orientated
- Good personality and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- German language and SAP S4/Hana knowledge of advantage

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
