**Requirements **for the role**:

- At least 3 years experience in an accounting role
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience with Australian businesses
- Understand and Interprets Australian Business financials
- Proven work experience in Australian Taxation.
- Have used XERO, MYOB, Elite Ledger and Tax (if haven't used the last one, is willing to learn)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- High attention to detail
- Need to be clear in spoken and written English communication
- Strong Analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skill
- Good internet speeds to be able to connect via VPN Server

**Tasks **within the role include**:

- Preparation of financial accounts and taxation returns for sole-traders, trusts, partnerships and companies
- Review of client datafile; being Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB.
- Reconciliation of GST, wages and bank accounts.
- Accounting for assets and lease contracts.
- Corresponding journal entries.
- Preparation of taxation returns.
