**Project** Description**:
Luxoft is looking for a strong PMO to join one of our key client in APAC (the Singapore entity of a Global Financial Institution).
You will be supporting the COO office to manage the MAS OTC Trade reporting project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Project PM in establishing the overall delivery project structure and governance
- Manage project meetings and updates incl. material preparation, minutes and following up on actions
- Work with IT and Functional delivery leads, mainly Operations & Compliance, on project documentation and status reports
- Support business users and IT in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and management

**Skills**:
Must have
- 5+ years relevant experience in the Financial Industry
- Worked in a change/project role and understand standard project delivery and system development lifecycle
- Proven experiences with OTC Derivatives Trade reporting, in either a BAU or Change implementation capacity
- Direct exposure to MAS Re-write implementation will be advantageous but equivalent initiatives such as EMIR rewrite may be considered
- Good grasp of the OTC Derivatives products e.g IR Swaps, XCCY Swaps, FX fwd/Swaps, CDS etc.
- Ability to work with both Functional and IT stakeholders across Asia and UK time zones
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy

Technical Requirements: - Proficient with Microsoft - notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Experiences of collaboration tools e.g JIRA and Confluence will be preferred

Nice to have
- Experience in any Trade and Transactional Reporting related projects
- Experience with systems such as Murex, Message Automation (Broadridge) and trade reporting repository DTCC is preferred
- Experience with HKMA Trade reporting (HKTR) is desired
