**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the performance of both internal drivers and external main-contractor partners.
- Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage daily driver outbound activities, including the handover of parcels for outbound delivery.
- Assist drivers in the return of undelivered parcels upon route completion and reconcile cash on delivery amounts.
- Ensure discipline and attendance of drivers and address any attendance or conduct issues.
- Plan and allocate delivery routes to drivers, considering operational requirements and resources.
- Ensure that there are enough resources available to fulfil the fleet's operational needs.
- Conduct investigations into driver misconduct and address any violations or issues.
- Maintain a level of discipline and adherence to safety standards and procedures among drivers.
- Manage parcel exceptions, including missorted and damaged parcels, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle any discrepancies or issues related to parcel deliveries.
- Troubleshoot and assist drivers in resolving app-related issues they may encounter during their routes.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
- Be flexible to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the organization to support operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of frontline operations experience in the supply chain/logistics industry is preferable, indicating a basic level of industry knowledge.
- Willingness to working both morning and night shifts, as the logistics industry often requires 24/7 operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively manage and coordinate a team of drivers and partners.
- Ability to work well within a team and interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in resource management to ensure efficient fleet operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite cloud software for data analysis and communication.
