Job Title: Fleet Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced supervisor to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, with expertise in supervising drivers and ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective transportation strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver performance and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:
Possession Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3, 4, or 5 driver's license with a good driving record.
  • WSQ Operate Lorry Crane Certification.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, and organized.
  • Willing to learn, independent, and self-motivated.

Education Requirement:
Primary, Secondary, or 'O' Level. Familiar with Singapore roads. Able to handle moderately heavy goods. Positive attitude towards work, able to work independently and as part of a team. Singaporean only.

Work Arrangement:
  • 5.5 to 6 days work per week.
  • Working hours: 8am to 7pm.
