to generate information for the required food quality and consistency standards.

Key Responsibilities
- To assist in new product development and improvement of existing products from

conceptualization to product launch
- To develop recipes and conduct tests to optimize product design for new and existing products
- To evaluate new ingredient submissions
- To conduct sensory evaluation and shelf life tests
- To maintain proper documentation to support costing, labelling, scale up and production of

new and existing products
- To work closely with inter-departments on the development and launch of new or improved

recipes
- To conduct investigation and perform trouble-shooting to resolve quality or processing issues
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or similar discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing industry
- Passionate about food product development
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with associates
