A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Micro and Nano-Electronics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

**Job Description**:
The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct the research on deposition of van der Waals heterostructures with chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and material simulation and device modelling with our collaborators. The roles of this position include:
- Preparation and characterization of novel 2D monolayers and heterostructures with chemical vapor deposition (CVD)- Design and fabrication of novel tunnel diodes for high frequency communication- Work together with our French collaborators on the material simulation and device modelling- Draft research papers for academic journals

Job Requirements:
- Ph.D degree in Chemistry, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Physics from top universities;- Expertise in materials deposition, especially with CVD- Experienced on the material characterization with Raman, AFM, XPS, etc.;- Experienced on design and fabrication of micro/nano devices with UV/electron beam lithography;- 1-year research experience in related area- Good communication skills and the ability to work with collaborators- Publication track record is an advantage
