**JOB SUMMARY**
This is a 6 months’ contract role that will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activity for Technology positions across Asia Market (Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) in line with the overall Talent strategy, with the aim to build a sustainable Tech talent pool and talent pipeline in the short as well as long-run for the organisation.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding**
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for all levels of Technology positions across Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, including developing sourcing strategies, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating salary offers and facilitating the hiring and onboarding process
- Build a Tech talent pipeline across Asia Market and identify top talent using innovative sourcing methodologies and channels, continually attracting and engaging with potential talents
- Consult with hiring managers and stakeholders on overall hiring strategies and tailor sourcing approach accordingly
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partners, to ensure great outcomes
- Manage data reporting and analysis in own area of recruitment activities and results, ensuring reliable information for Management decision
- making
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Technology, Business Administration or any related field
- Ability to self-organise and manage competing priorities while delivering consistently, and able to work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and pro-active, as well as results-oriented
- Strong consultative and influencing skills, possessing the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders who may be based in different countries
- Innovative in sourcing and problem solving
- High degree of initiative and autonomy with demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment
