**Responsibilities**:

- To grow and expand the fixed income business via both new and existing businesses;
- To reach out to both retail and corporate clients with fixed income solutions.
- To manage and grow relationships with clients through continuously speaking to them;
- To provide product support to sales channel by helping them in bond selection for their clients.
- To provide trade execution and settlement support with counterparties.
- To manage I.T projects/platform to improve bond trading volume.
- To refine and improve process within department and work with internal stakeholders to enhance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Certifications in CMFAS 1A, 5, 6, 6A will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills required.
- Prior dealing experience in multi-asset trading platforms and market data will be a big plus.
