**What the role is**
- You lead the Employee Services Department to manage the outsourced shared services contract and operations, and provision of people-centric services to MINDEF/SAF’s employees.

**What you will be working on**
- You will provide strategic and operational leadership to guide your team to achieve the organisational goals and deliver excellent outcomes for the department’s roles, including to: - Manage the contracts and operations for the outsourced MINDEF Shared Services, Training Shared Services and MINDEF Travel Desk. - Establish and manage the Employee Contact Centre that will serve as a one-stop centre to resolve employee service-related issues and address feedback. - Drive channel migration towards digital services and a seamless omni-channel experience for Employee Services

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a degree in any discipline, with at least 10 years’ work experience in a management role. You must possess strong leadership quality and business and organisational acumen, be service-oriented and have a keen interest in driving excellence in service delivery and operations, and have good communication skills. It will be advantageous to have knowledge and/or experience in contract and operations management.
