**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support e.g. mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Keeping proper filing of documents (electronic and hard copies).
- Support team on Sales, Delivery Order and Open Job Number.
- Assist problem solving of administrative issues.
- Raise Tax invoice and liaise with client Admin is needed
- Support in raising Purchase Request Orders and liaise project and procurement team when needed pertaining to purchases.
- Handling and coordinating Jobs within internal department.
- Maintain documentation e.g. Delivery Orders, Work Orders and Invoices.
- Assist arrangement of delivery order, collection and delivery of materials/documents.
- Liaising with international Technicians, Engineers on Administrative supports
**Requirements**:
- Minimum G.C.E O Level/Graduate Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
- Resourceful.
- Self-motivated with high degrees of integrity.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Computer Knowledge in Excel and Word Document.
