**Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Support professional to join our team at TPM Outdoor, a leading media advertising service provider. The role will be responsible for providing support to our sales team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and attention.
- Being able to gain ASEAN and international exposure
- Serve blue chip clients and work with non-profits
- Have opportunities for growth and development with external training and cross function teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the sales team, including managing schedules, processing orders, and following up with clients.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that their advertising campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Create and maintain sales reports, client databases, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations for clients and ensuring that clients projects commence with on time.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the marketing team to create social media and other marketing narratives

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Social Media platforms and CRM systems.
