Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

**Salary**: Up to $3500/month

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
- Conduct competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and recommendation of award
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing process are executed
- Manage, engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders of their various need and requirement
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
- Achieve KPI at Company/team level
- Any other duties or tasks assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or similar role
- Possess time, task, and resource management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
