Financial Controller

Mintable is on the search for an experienced Financial Controller who has dabbled in cryptocurrencies/NFTs to join our Finance team. In this role, you will oversee the business's day to day financial operations and be in charge of keeping accurate books to help us scale our capabilities to meet the growth at Mintable.
- Work closely with the C-suite leaders, department heads and team leads in strategy, operations, and finance
- Support the development of processes and team responsible for financial close process, forecasting, reporting, and planning
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis, including management and financial reporting, cash flow projection, budgeting and forecasting
- Provide insight to management on financial performance, balance sheet risk, internal control weakness, statutory filing status and ad hoc projects
- Oversee a growing accounting team and manage all aspects of finance, accounting, tax and controllership functions
- Enhance and improve the company’s performance and internal control system by efficient & effective financial analysis
- Have experience is setting up finance and accounting policies, processes and procedure that translate strategy to execution from scratch
- Compile and execute financial budget and overview the financial function of the Group
- Manage and lead audits and work with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and requirements.
**Qualifications**

**To succeed in this role, you have**:

- A degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification of CPA, ACCA or CA Singapore (Requirement)
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in solid and relevant experience with at least 3 years in people management / managerial position;
- Experience in Cryptocurrencies
- Exposure in start-up and professional firm is highly preferred
- Meticulous, quick-witted, excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work in dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is preferred

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
