**Job description & Requirements**
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Content Intern to support our content and social media initiatives. You’ll play an important role in producing engaging digital content, ranging from short-form videos and social media posts to written articles and storyboards. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and multimedia content.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create basic storyboards and outlines for video concepts and campaigns.
- Assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form videos and reels for platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Write captions with appropriate hashtags and schedule posts tailored to each platform.
- Draft blog posts, articles, or LinkedIn articles aligned with predetermined content pillar and brand messaging.
- Manage and update the content calendar across platforms.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in social media and digital content.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend ways to improve performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in marketing, mass communication, journalism degree or have strong interest in communications, marketing, journalism, film/media, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Basic video editing knowledge.
- Familiar with social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Detail-oriented and organised with good time management.
